Using mindful movement and connecting with the breath, Hatha/ Integral Vinyasa classes bring together the body and mind while providing a dynamic physical workout which can be adapted to suit various physical limitations or restrictions. Classes will focus on strengthening, improving flexibility and breath awareness.
Among its many benefits, yoga allows for decreased tension and stress levels, elevated energy levels, detoxification, balancing and relaxation.
Nicole is completing a bucket list item over Easter, so classes will resume April 22nd, 2013. Happy Easter!

All classes are RM20 per class. Your first class is complimentary.
